We are seeking a proactive and data-driven Marketing Coordinator to join the BFI Streaming marketing team, with a focus on lifecycle marketing.
This role is ideal for someone passionate about audience engagement and retention, who can craft compelling, segmented digital communications and has experience optimising multi-channel strategies. You’ll work closely with the team to design and implement onboarding and retention campaigns, leveraging customer data and email service provider tools to deliver impactful, data-informed experiences for BFI Player users.
This is a pivotal role at an exciting time of growth for our video on-demand service, offering ownership of key responsibilities and the opportunity to make a real impact on how we develop and deliver campaigns. If you have a solid understanding of video on-demand platforms, strong analytical skills, a keen eye for detail, and a desire to help shape the future of how we grow BFI Player audiences, we’d love to hear from you.
