Salary: £42,480 - £49,965 per annum

We are looking for an Operations Manager to join the BFI’s Operations, Partners & Projects (OPPS) team on a 12 month maternity leave cover.
Crucial to the overall effectiveness of the BFI’s funding operations, funded partners and funding strategy, the OPPs team are responsible for the operational capabilities of National Lottery and GiA funding and for wider operational frameworks and governance for departments making funding awards. This includes project management; partner relationships; funding application processes and accessibility; producing consistent guidelines and application forms that reflect the current funding landscape; monitoring and analysing the outcomes of funded activity (including diversity) against targets; and providing first class partner and applicant support for Lottery and other funding awards.
