Hours: 41 hours per week, including 1 hour lunch break
Location: onsite & hybrid: 1 day required in the Stephen Street or Southbank office.
We are looking for a creative, digitally savvy and audience-focused social media professional with a passion for engaging young people and an enthusiasm for film, screen culture and emerging talent. The successful candidate will have experience creating high-quality social-first content, managing social media channels and building online communities across platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and X. They will be confident in filming, editing and delivering engaging content, using analytics and insights to drive performance and inform creative decisions. A strong collaborator, they will be able to work effectively with a range of stakeholders, manage multiple priorities and communicate clearly with diverse audiences. The ideal candidate will be proactive, organised and adaptable, with a keen eye for trends and a commitment to supporting BFI Film Academy's mission to inspire and develop the next generation of film and screen industry talent.
