BFI Film Academy is a free, UK-wide programme that supports young people aged 16 to 25 to develop skills, gain industry experience and pursue careers in the screen industries. As Engagement Coordinator, you will support participants from underrepresented and underserved communities across a range of Academy programmes, helping them access training, mentoring, industry opportunities and pathways into employment. You will also support the placement of emerging talent onto industry opportunities, contributing to the growth of a diverse and skilled future workforce within the screen sector.
