Salary: £52,386 - £61,647 per annum 

Fixed Term Contract: 12 months 

We are looking for a Software Asset Manager to lead the BFI’s Software Asset Management (SAM) function. 

Key responsibilities include: 

• Run and maintain the SAM tool with a high level of experience, including entering entitlement on a regular basis. 

• With the business, complete the Software and Contracts Audit, then use that information to select and implement a new SAM tool set. 

• Identify, document, report licence exposures, risks and provide remediation options. 

• Create and maintain software processes and policies, which will need to be published and followed by all employees 

We are looking for candidates who have: 

• Proven Knowledge and experience in Software Asset Management including identifying opportunities for further enhancement. 

• Significant software Audit experience.  

• Knowledge and experience in leading industry SAM tools including establishing and driving SAM strategies. 

• Experience in reviewing the Software Asset Management, Software Lifecycle Management, Licence Compliance, and Software Optimisation
