Key responsibilities include:
Lead the overall project management of the collections decant and refit project, coordinating multiple interdependent workstreams
Design and implement project plans, timelines, workflows, and delivery structures within a compressed timeframe
Act as the central point of coordination across internal teams, contractors, and stakeholders
Proactive financial oversight of the programme, ensuring accurate forecasting, tight cost control, and delivery within agreed budget while maintaining quality and value for money
Manage project risks, issues, and dependencies, ensuring timely mitigation and escalation
We are looking for candidates who have:
Proven experience in project or programme management, delivering complex, time-bound projects
Experience coordinating multiple stakeholders, workstreams, and external suppliers in a high-pressure environment
Demonstrable experience of risk management, delivery planning, and programme governance
Experience of financial forecasting, tracking, procurement processes, and supplier management
Working knowledge of museum, gallery, or heritage sector standards relating to collections care, transport, and storage.
