Salary: £43,755 - £51,465 per annum

We are looking for an Associate Delivery Manager to support the Director of Technology, and the senior management team to deliver end to end projects. You will have a pivotal role in shaping collaborative teams, dismantling silos, and helping innovative projects come to life. Key responsibilities include: 

• Support the teams to ensure we have the adequate amount of resource to deliver against the goals 

• Own and build relationships with the technical teams, Application owners senior stakeholders, management and third-party sub-contractors utilising effective and appropriate governance mechanisms 

• Planning and implementing agile ways of working whilst supporting or leading the multi-disciplinary team and suppliers 

Facilitate the creation of quarterly OKRs within the Corporate Technology teams, ensuring the integration and tracking of relevant KPIs, and maintain a monthly cycle of OKR and KPI check-in meetings and reporting. 

We are looking for candidates who have: 

• Experience of communicating effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders. 

• Understanding of agile principles and project management methodologies 

• Demonstrable understanding of the financial impact of projects and programmes of work. 

• Knowledge of how risks, issues or dependencies impact the work of a team and can be mitigated 

• Self-motivated and collaborative with the ability to work both alone and as part of project teams
