We are seeking a Service Delivery Assistant who can facilitate the operational delivery of our award-winning film service BFI Player. This role is central to the on-going success of the BFI’s digital video ambitions.
Key responsibilities include:
Facilitate day-to-day operational activities for the BFI Player including business continuity.
Action operational workflows to deliver BFI Player service content and scheduled activities.
To be supportive and good team player, supporting others where you can, and actively participating in team meetings, events and the induction and training of new team members.
We are looking for candidates who have:
Demonstrable experience in a similar role
Knowledge of QA and content delivery in a multi-media environment
Good organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and meet targets and deadlines.
